At Adora Luxe, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. All pieces are covered by a 6-month discolouration warranty starting from the date of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover: The following issues are excluded from our warranty and will not qualify for a return or exchange:

• Damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g., broken clasps or chains).
• Issues arising from negligence, improper care, or incorrect usage.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or modifications.
• Products that match their description on our website but do not meet personal expectations.

Evaluation Process: If you believe your item has a defect, we’ll assess it through a detailed review via images or a physical inspection. Returns or exchanges will only be approved if the issue is identified as a manufacturer defect.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these criteria.

Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-5 working days from when your order has been shipped. E.g. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipped on Monday and will reach you within that week.

On average this is when you can expect your delivery with standard local shipping:

1. Cape Town and surrounds: ±2-3 working days
2. Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, etc.): ± 1-2 working days
3. Outlying Areas: ± 3-5 working days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door.
