At Adora Luxe, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. All pieces are covered by a 6-month discolouration warranty starting from the date of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover: The following issues are excluded from our warranty and will not qualify for a return or exchange:
- Damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g., broken clasps or chains).
- Issues arising from negligence, improper care, or incorrect usage.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or modifications.
- Products that match their description on our website but do not meet personal expectations.
Evaluation Process: If you believe your item has a defect, we’ll assess it through a detailed review via images or a physical inspection. Returns or exchanges will only be approved if the issue is identified as a manufacturer defect.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these criteria.
